Agata worked as a manager and CEO in fast-developing organizations where she managed all areas of LSP operation from project management to strategic planning.
Founder of POLOT – Association of Polish LSPs and a LocLunch Ambassador in Warsaw.
In her spare time, she loves to tend to her garden, sew or make clay pottery.
Monika Cielińska
Graphic Designer
Art has always been present in her life and that will probably never change. From the drawings of “Sailor Moon” heroines in the kindergarten, through the first still lives in the High School of Fine Arts in Warsaw with a major in Advertising, to the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź that she graduated from with a Master’s degree in Graphic Arts.
She constantly looks for new challenges and ways in life. Apart from designing, she also enjoys taking photos and playing video games.
Dorota Grono

A graduate of Administration, specialisation: Modern Diplomacy and Foreign Services at Private School of Business, Administration and Information Technology (Prywatna Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu, Administracji i Technik Komputerowych) in Warsaw, as well as of Law at Private School of Social, Computer and Medical Sciences (Prywatna Wyższa Szkoła Nauk Społecznych, Komputerowych i Medycznych).
At work, she’s fast, dedicated and effective. Like Adidas, she claims that “impossible is nothing”.
Privately, a horse and horsepower lover. For years, she has been a devoted combat sports and literature fan.
Danuta Janek
Marketing Specialist
A graduate of the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University. She is currently testing her knowledge at the postgraduate studies in e-marketing at Lazarski University.
She has worked on projects for big and small brands. MCU, board games, thrift stores, Pinterest and nicely served food are her “thing”. She’s a gifted singer.

He is responsible for the patent department, which is the apple of his eye. He is also our IT specialist. He graduated from music school and plays violin and clarinet.
He is interested in green areas, pets (2 cats, 2 hermit crabs and he is still dreaming of new ones) and cars. In his free time, he likes working in the garden or he is trying to fix his 18-year-old car.
Generally, he is a very eco-friendly person who listens to good old Polish PUNK ROCK music.

A graduate of the University of Warsaw with a degree in geology, education and management. He is also a licensed UEFA coach. At Diuna Translation Agency, he is engaged in management and marketing; from the very beginning, he’s been responsible for the continuous development of our agency, acquiring new customers and building brand image.

A doctor of medical sciences in the field of medical genetics. She was awarded her degree at the Mossakowski Medical Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She graduated from the Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw with a major in Biotechnology.
At Diuna Translation Agency, she carries out German and English translations. She specialises in translating medical, biological and chemical patents. She has special sentiment for the Baltic Sea. She likes coffee and good chocolate.

An architect who graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology.
At Diuna Translation Agency, he is engaged mainly in the translation of technical patents in French.

Quality Manager and Translator
As a graduate of the Faculty of Biology and the Faculty of Polish Studies, she translates biological, chemical and medical patents and proofreads other peoples’ translations.
She likes fantastic literature, choral singing and nature (excluding biting insects).
Zuzanna Pietrucha
Junior Vendor Manager
A graduate of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw. The newest addition to Diuna team. Translator, teacher and a newly appointed Vendor Manager.
She has a tendency of buying one-way tickets and exploring the world. Her day is incomplete if she doesn’t start it with a cup of Guatemalan coffee and a Maryla Rodowicz song. Only yoga and meditation keep her restless spirit in line.

Halszka Popek
Translator
A graduate of the Institute of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw. She has been working at Diuna Translation Agency since 2014, first as an intern for special tasks, then as a full-time employee. Translator of English and Spanish, proofreader, tireless tracker of linguistic errors and propagator of proper Polish language. She is engaged mainly in legal, marketing and economic translation, however no text, from press articles to computer games, terrifies her.
Her biggest passion is traveling and exploring the world – both live and in the books. She spends her free time on (proof)reading comics. If she could, she would spend every summer riding a bike and every winter watching movies at the cinema.
Magdalena Romanowska
Translator
A graduate of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw with a specialisation in interpreting. She has been working at Diuna Translation Agency as a translator and an interpreter of English and French since 2015. Since 2017, she has been helping our team in solving the mysteries of SDL Trados software, and she has been keeping a watchful eye on our translation resources and the quality of our translations.

A graduate of the Faculty of Philology and the Faculty of Biology and Chemistry at the University of Bialystok. She has also graduated from the Postgraduate Studies in Specialised Translation at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
At Diuna Translation Agency, she carries out translation of biological and chemical patents.
Apart from working in Diuna Translation Agency, she is working on her doctoral dissertation in genetics, she sings traditional songs and manages a book club.

Professional medical doctor with a completed post-graduate training in Paris.
Linguist by passion. At Diuna, she translates medical, biological and chemical texts and patents from English and, occasionally, from French.
Privately, she takes care of two teenagers and Bercik, the dog.
